Why We Built This Platform
Real estate agents often spend hours recreating the same property details again and again. Builders list their projects on multiple platforms, yet agents still have to copy information manually. This duplication wastes time and increases the chance of errors.
DLREA was designed to remove that friction. The platform allows builders and agents to work in a connected system where property information flows smoothly from one side to the other.
How Builder Registration Works
Builders can register and create a complete professional profile. Once their profile is ready, they can add multiple properties across different locations. Each listing includes full project details, so the information appears both on the builder’s own profile and on the public website.
Whether a builder has one project or several, everything stays organised in one place. This gives builders better visibility and saves them from managing scattered listings.
How Agents Benefit
Agents get their own dedicated dashboard. From there, they can search for builders and view all the properties those builders have listed. After reviewing the details, agents simply click “Add Listing in My Account.”
The selected property is automatically added to the agent’s dashboard. There is no need to fill out a new form or re-enter information. The listing appears under the agent’s name, ready for marketing and sharing with clients.
This single feature significantly reduces the daily workload of agents and helps them focus more on closing deals rather than data entry.

Both builders and agents receive professional profiles on the platform. They can link their websites and social media accounts, which also creates valuable backlinks. Over time, this strengthens their online authority and improves visibility in search results.
Our Vision & Journey
DLREA operates as a non-profit style association focused on solving real problems faced by people in the real estate sector. The initiative started in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and is now actively expanding in Mumbai. The long-term goal is to serve the entire Indian market and eventually support markets outside India, including the United States, where agents and builders face similar listing challenges.
