Citi Developers has appointed New System Engineering (NSE) as the main contractor for ARYA Residences, its waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands. The agreement was signed on Friday, September 25, at the Citi Developers Sales Center, following completion of piling works at the project site
The appointment represents an important construction milestone for ARYA Residences, moving the development into its next execution phase. Under the main construction contract, NSE will work alongside Citi Developers to progress the construction programme with an emphasis on quality, coordination and timely delivery.
Moving Into Construction
With foundation and piling works completed, the project team responsible for the main construction works is now in place. Citi Developers and NSE will coordinate the delivery of the residential development as construction advances on Dubai Islands.
